Applied Linear Models

Introduction to data analysis via linear models and logistic regression. Linear regression topics include estimation, inference, variable selection, diagnostics, and remediation. Basic design of experiments, analysis of variance, and logistic regression will also be covered, including an introduction to generalized linear models. Vector and matrix formulations are used throughout the course.
